You ain't seen nothin' like this! In Style's new show, The Amandas, professional organizer Amanda LeBlanc turns cluttered rooms into practical, beautiful spaces—all while wearing a body-skimming dress and high heels!
But she doesn't do it all alone. She has help from her all-female squad "The Amandas," who are called that because they're an extension of the boss lady. BTW, did we mention that Amanda is OCD about everything?
See how her crew deals with that minor hurdle and check out some amazing home transformations when you catch the docu-series Monday, January 30, at 8/7c on Style!

1. I think this show is absolutely ridiculous. Amanda's value proposition as a business is sound and savvy, but her management style, personal life, and methodology are a recipe for business failure. She has an authoritative, unreasonable management style that totally disrespects her employees. She is a micro-manager that is going to drive herself out of business. She is good at what she does, and her service is a great one that really stuns and satisfies clients, but at what cost? If she ends up with a high turnover rate of employees, her business will not thrive, nor will it likely thrive. Her employees are well educated, and therefore, not stupid. They know their "uniforms" are completely foolish and insensible. The reason today's world is "comfortable" as Amanda called it, is because they want to be safe and sensible. Stripping flooring and tile is not appropriate in a cocktail dress and four inch heels. Not only is it ridiculous looking, it's a safety hazard! Seriously?!?
