Ask Amanda: What Did You Think of Savannah's Juggling Act?

You gave Savannah the task of planning the client party on top of fulfilling her duties on the Everettes project. Did she do a good job on both counts?

I have to tell you: the first time I met Savannah, I was worried. Savannah is young and the filter from her brain to her mouth is a little looser than mine. I worried about how important her talent as an organizer would be to her. I hesitated making her Project Manager the first week because I didn't know if she could handle the responsibility. I did, however, want to see just what she could do, so I put her in the master closet alone. I wanted there to be a spotlight on her. If she really was a good organizer, it would show. If she wasn't...it would show.
I also needed someone to plan the client party. She has a flair for style and seemed like the logical choice.
What did I learn? I learned that Savannah truly cares about my business. I learned that she was very aware and excited about her responsibility. She took notes, carefully divided her time and got both jobs done! Not just done, but done well. To tell you the truth, I think it shocked her, too, how much she enjoyed what she was doing!
Savannah is a good organizer and, given some time, I would even say GREAT organizer! The filter that once concerned me...well, I have to admit, she makes me laugh.

1. I am anxious to see the rest of the seasons...Amanda is my husband, only the girl version.... (and no my husband is not gay)...I want to show my husband this show but am afraid he will find new ideas that would only increase his OCD and make my life even more chaotic;)

2. Amanda ask yourself this you want sorry my mistake you need all your workers to be perfect and the party was good and she got a great client but if she was really perfect then she would of been able to finsh her project at the house without help and she had to leave earlier leaving more stuff on someone else's plate.
