Second Runner-up
We love that Thandie Newton knows how to have fun with couture. She's a fan of upscale British labels and brings quirkiness to classics such as Chanel with lively accoutrements like feathers and bold color.

1. REALLY? I think "classic hollywood" is a way of being "safe" and not creative when i comes to fashion. I like more modern styles. Its a total cop out to dress classic and it needs to go the F away.
