Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday this week in New York City with a circus-themed bash, a nod to her new album. Gone were the crazy wigs and ripped fishnets of yesteryear (those were left to performers). Instead, Brit wowed her guests in a sexy silver and black bustier dress that reminded us of the sprightly pop star who rose to fame before anyone ever heard of a man named Kevin Federline.
