Is Chloe Sevigny dressing under the influence?
Possible explanations why Chloe wore this in public: One, she thinks pants are for golf pros and suckers. Two, she was told she was going to be sitting behind a desk all night. Three, she's auditioning for the Dukes of Hazzard sequel. Four, she has a sponsorship deal with Schick Quattro razors. Five, she's simply given up trying.

3. all of us who subscribe to the avant garde fashion invention of pants without legs (they might be calling them shorts) happen to believe that the ancient idea of full length pants ARE simply for golfers. chloe sevingy must be one of us... its a shame to ignore the great blazer and focus on such a lavish display of... great legs? was chloé's spring 2009rtw designed under the influence? (home of that blazer.)
