How to Get the Spa Experience at Home?

What are some awesome spa products I can use to pamper myself at home? Affordable ones would be great!

My personal favorite recessionista spa trick o' the month involves clipping the lavender from my backyard garden, bundling it in cheesecloth and dropping it into a hot bath. You can also get essential oils from Whole Foods and put in only one to three drops per bath for a customized soak—eucalyptus for tired lungs or muscles, cypress for an aching back, you name it.
I also ran your question past the experts at the Urban Beauty Collective.
"Our favorite way to pamper at home is to spa in the shower," says Urban Beauty Collective managing editor Tilane Jones, formerly of The Body Shop. "It's a six-step pamper process that leaves you feeling like a new woman daily."
1. "Cleanse with the yummiest stuff," Jones says. She prefers Caudalie's French Milled Soap with grape seed oil and shea butter, or The Body Shop's $4 Coconut Soap.
2. "Scrub to uncover your skin's shine." I like Dermadoctor's KP Duty for days when my skin feels particularly rough and hopeless, or Get Fresh Spa's unexpectedly scent-tastic Black Currant Mineral Body Scrub. Jones, however, also recommends Origins Salt Rub, which is rich with four types of natural oils.
3. "Rinse with warm water and..."
4. "Oil while your body is still wet." Jones likes Burt's Bees Baby Bee Apricot Baby Oil.
5. "Towel dry by blotting, not rubbing." Apparently that's the spa way to do things.
6. "Moisturize to give your skin its daily drink." The Body Shop's Spa Wisdom has a balm to die for, thanks to community-trade shea butter, among other luxurious ingredients. And it's only $25. Just goes to show that luxury needn't equal penury.
