We were all set to send over a congratulatory rattle when we first saw J.Lo in this bulging, tight white dress—until we realized she's not actually pregnant again. She's on the set of The Back-Up Plan, in which she plays a woman who falls madly in love on the very same day she conceives through in-vitro fertilization.
