Dancing With the Stars beauty Karina Smirnoff enjoyed some West Coast fashion this weekend during Fashion: Refocus at BOXeight studios. Instead of a traditional runway show, the event featured photo installations of designers' fall collections. Guests got to watch the photo shoot process, from models prepping at hair and makeup stations to L.A. photographers shooting the models live at the studio.
