The truth is, we prefer Katherine Heigl better as a blonde. Fair hair just makes her face 10 times brighter than her newer, darker locks do. But the actress made up for her dull hair color with the beautiful blue hue she chose to promote her new flick, The Ugly Truth, on Letterman.
The Reem Acra dress wrapped beautifully around Katherine's body, showing off her womanly curves, and the jeweled detail at the waist added just the right amount of sparkle.
