We're feeling catty this morning thanks to Katy's meow mix of an outfit at the Brit Awards. On top, she's "Hello Kitty" Perry, and below, a fiercely feline Catwoman. At the after-party, did she pull up to a saucer of milk and beg for a side of catnip?
