We're just going to say it: Nicole Richie in this dress, bare-legged, flat-sandaled and without makeup, would be darling. Here, Katy, with the scary old-movie-star makeup, helmet hair and overdone accessories, makes us feel as if we are in a dank, dark Hollywood antiques store—and the exits are blocked. Let us out!

1. I love this look. It makes her look very fancy but comfortable. She look more mature
