Is Kerry Washington dressing under the influence?
There are boudoirs in Boca Raton that feature the same overdone design aesthetic as Kerry's dizzying look here. That skirt would make a fabulous lampshade. And throwing on the pearls, earrings, and fussy blouse makes us think of hours of dusting a room full of doodads. Kerry doesn't need a stylist, she needs a maid!

1. Now if some skinny little white actress would have had this own you would have been saying stuff like "Oh, she looks so chic and fabulous!" I think she looks cute. I love the look on here. Haters...
