Kim Kardashian continued to show off her love for white jackets (this time Balmain) at the Los Angeles premiere of The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3. Mariah Carey and Michelle Williams suited up in white for New York's 2009 Fresh Air Fund Salute To American Heroes. And down in Fort Lauderdale, Blake Lively kept cool at the grand opening of the W Hotel in a draped Christian Cota shirtdress.
