1. The best person for the job won...Talita. I've read her articles in MC and as a magazine subscriber and buyer (VOGUE, Allure, sometimes Vanity Fair, People StyleWatch) and found her articles to be engaging and thought-provoking * especially her article about the doctor * that was is especially memorable. I appreciated her articles re the yoga instructor and women reinventing themselves which is so appropriate to our current economic crisis. Also, I liked her ***** in contacting the publicist in her attempt to go after an interview with Rihanna on the red carpet * although, yeah, she should have asked an Editor first for approval.Sam is great at PR * with her articulate, kind, and considerate heart, she would be perfect for that position and I think Joanna Coles perfectly articulated that during the exit meeting.

2. I think Talita deserved the job. I am glad Ashley did not get a job. Miss Coles was correct in her evaluation of her. Working at a fashion magazine is constant team work and it seemed like Ashley was too busy bashing the other interns when she should have been focusing on what she can bring to the magazine.

3. I knew Joanna would pick Talita for the job. Out of the 3, she is the most mature and has a good sense of the Marie Claire audience. I agree that Sam would do better in PR. She is so friendly and social. I was disappointed to see that Ashley could not accept constructive criticism. Joanna's assessment of Ashley was so dead on. Ashley's talent is bogged down by her arrogance. Sure, she is smart and diligent, but her talents can't be realized if she can't get along with people. She unnecessarily causes more frustration for herself. Nothing is wrong with ambition, but there is something totally wrong about Ashley's ambition.

4. I so enjoyed watching Joanna Coles run the magazine and felt she was direct but polite. Her exit interview of each intern was spot-on! Ashley has been awful and I hope she learns from Ms. Coles comments and changes her ways. Congratulations to Talita and Sam has a super bright future no matter what she chooses--she is a winner in life!

5. Congratulations, Talita! You did a great job. It was so fun watching you ladies. * I wish you to see three appear in the next batch of Marie Claire's interns.

6. I'm so glad Ashley didn't get picked for the job. She just irritated me! Congrats Talita! I hope to see Sam again. She was like a breath of fresh air!

7. I mean no normal person is going to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on everyday clothesâ??, or even outing clothes. I donâ??t even know who these designers are making clothes for, honestly. Just because you ladies can buy top of the lines designer clothes doesnâ??t mean youâ??re "fashion forward", or what ever you call it. i think in order to be a fashion icon, fashion designer, stylist, fashion journalist, you need be artistic. Fashion is an art. Itâ??s not who can wear the most expensive clothes. its about who can put together a killer outfit. And quite frankly none of these girls are good enough. Itâ??s just stupid TV, not even "good TV". I'm a better candidate. **

8. After watching this show * one thing was clear * Ashley needs to learn how to play in the sandbox with others. She came off as being arrogant, egotistical and selfish. She was not a team player * and she constantly runs down her fellow interns, who COMPLETELY outshine her. Samantha was kind, caring and eager. Tatila was AWESOME too. Basically, Ashley seriously needs to work on her people skills.

9. I really thought Sam would've been great for the Job. She was the most down to earth of he interns, and showed that she does have alot of talent and willing to workhard. Talita was okay, but I thought she could use a little gorwing up to do. Ashley was rude, and honestly, I hated watching her on the show. She made me angry. I'm proud of Talita, but I wish it wouldn't have been her.

10. Ashley was horrible, she kept failing and blaming everybody but herself. She was especially jealous of the winner who was so much moreattractive than her. A true hater, but she got what she deserved. After that ring mishap how did she think she was still in the running?

11. I enjoyed the show, I was especially glad that I got to see all three sides of interns that way if I ever became an intern myself for magazine I would know not what to do. So, even thought Ashley annoyed the **** out of me and if I were her boss I would have fired her but I got to see her mistakes and learned from it. It is true that you can take the negative and turn it into a posititve. Thanks Ashley for teaching me what not to do on the job. I was glad Talita got the job offer and Samantha has promising future. They both deserved it. Great job girls. I can't wait to see the next season of the show. I am hooked. I do hope that next time people can apply to try out. That would be cool.

14. I personally don't think any of them deserved a job. Ashley may not have overtly elbowed her peers out of the way, but her mannerisms and facial expressions did--showing she was truly NOT a team player, totally self-absorbed, and a ****** The constant eye rolling and even laughing outbursts when the bosses made laudatory comments about her peers, just showed how incredibly immature she is and what a horrible personality she would be around any office. The icing on the cake was when she couldn't even take criticism suggesting this at her exit interview! She immediately stated she "so totally doesn't do that!" Give us a break. Anyway, Sam was sweet and hard working, but lacked the expertise to perform the job well enough and I personally thought Tolita was self-absorbed and had (although to a lesser degree) a similar perception of herself like Ashley in thinking she was much better than she really was. What was with the ridiculous hair and weird part on the side with ears sticking out?
