Style Test Drive: Lorac Double Feature

Lorac's Double Feature ($24) not only contains a concealer and highlighter, it also includes a blender ball for smooth, clean application. Here's what we thought.
Pros: The concealer (in warm medium) gave great coverage, while the highlighter gave me a sunkissed sparkle. The ball was easy to use.
Cons: It went on a little too thick.
—Angela T., Editorial
Pros: The concealer is super lightweight. It didn't feel like I had anything on. The highlighter gave my skin a slight glow. It was as if I looked a little refreshed.
Cons: My blemishes were still visible through the makeup. I used my regular concealer underneath to get maximum coverage. I also wasn't sure if the Golden Tan was the best shade for me. I don't think the three available shades can match everyone's complexion.
—Sophia W., Development
Pros: The product (in light medium) deftly covered my circles and blended easily, and it never got cakey or dry. The brightener disappeared under my skin and lightened up my face.
Cons: It didn't conceal my freckles much, but that's okay because I'd prefer the lightness of the makeup over something really heavy. I also used a sponge rather than the blender ball. I could just imagine it drying up and getting gross.
—Ella N., Editorial
Bottom Line: The concealer, highlighter and hygienic blender ball in Lorac's Double Feature's are pretty impressive, but the multi-functional makeup lacked one important thing: flawless coverage!

1. I do agree that the product is too thick. I myself do not wear much makeup too often and I thought I would try this product. I do agree that the concealer did work great with a sun kissed glow for my face!

2. I think I like mine all separated. When they try to do too much all in one, then it usually isn't as good as all the things separate.
