Is Victoria Beckham dressing under the influence?
Tiny little thing, Victoria has hips like the stem of a wine glass, so why would she swaddle herself in a hot-air balloon? This skirt looks like it's gobbling Her Poshness whole. Perhaps it should be the other way around!
