I’ve been getting emails asking about a few of my outfits, which I’m so glad you all dig—because not only were they stylish, but some were steals as well! If you’re like me, you majorly heart great deals. Count on me to always give ya the haute hookup from head to toe, cuz with fashion, you can never have TMI.
I like to have all my outfits centered around a signature pop piece (noted below in capital letters). Think of yourself as a yummy banquet table of fashion, with the focus on one centerpiece. Helps keeps you fashionably fun without going overboard.

For a fun layered effect, find a thin cotton button-up with a bright print to wear peeking through. Twelve by 12 (by Forever 21) has fantastic low-priced shirts perfect for layering.
Makeup: MAC's Greensmoke shadow with lots of Smolder kohl liner.
Hair: I did a playful "pomp" with a fierce backcomb with my ultimate never-leave-home-without Mason Pierson. This brush can cost quite a buck, but I've found this site to be great with free shipping and price. Don't even think twice; own this. It will transform your tresses.

1. what happened to Finola? she is sorely missed, nothing against the new girl, but she is not Finola.Sorry you made the change, I won't be watching.

2. I love all the new changes to the show, especially the host! You do a great job bringing out the best in all the makeover recipients. The change in Chastity was amazing and it was wonderful to see her kids so happy and proud of their mom.The Ivy episode was remarkable as well. I LOVED the dress Jeannie wore during the reveal (the incredible, softly draped dress). I'd love to know where you picked it up!Looking forward to many more transformations!

Yes you always look super cute, but gotta say I was absolutely in love with the purple dress from the roller derby girl's reveal * kinda galaxy knock off fabulous)...after searching all over the site for the where to shop it guide for this episode, I'm still left wondering. Who make's it; how much is it? Tell me before it's gone forever!AND I agree you would rock the neon yellow dress from the same episode.J.

4. Jeannie you are awesome! As compared to Finola you're more fun, more fresh, and adorable! I am loving the changes to How Do I Look? and now count it as one of my must-see shows * all thanks to you! I am excited that you are now posting info on your outfits. You have to give us the scoop on the shoes too! There is a pair that I actually think you've worn twice that were peep-toe pumps with what looked like grosgrain black ribbon in the toe area. I heart them and have been scavenging the web for them. Keep up with this style of posting!

5. Where is Finola????? Nothing against you Jeannie Mai but the show I once loved is totally unwatchable now. Why change something that didn't need changing????? I use to look forward to tuning in for new shows, now I check the schedules for old reruns. Sorry but Finola was the show and now it is no more.

11. Hi! I LOVED each outfit that your wore on the episode with "Lady T". The African American women who showed excessive cleavage~ (I think her name was Tacoma). You had on this beautiful orange top that had like a 19th century collar. One the reveal day, you wore this black (or navy) fan (or bow) on the front of your sleeveless knee length dress. 13. I came online specifically to find out what the pink one shoulder dress you were wearing was. I've been looking for that exact dress for about a month after i saw it on a wedding blog on a bridesmaid in blue. 16. I am dying to know where Jeannie got the printed satin skirt she had on in the episode with the jersey girl where her brother named his collection, "less is much more". She paired it with a white cotton shirt. It looked incredibly chic and effortless. I loved it. Please share!

17. I love Jeannie! She brings a whole fresh perspective on the show, and her charming and vibrant personality make the show a must see. I love all the dresses she wore on the 1st ever bridal episode, especially the one wherein she asked the subject to view a "bridal fashion show". Do tell where you got all your fabo outfits! **
