Where Are All the Clothes?
Fri., Jan. 11, 2008 2:00 PM PST by Karen Brailsford
Clearly, we love Marc Jacobs: We singled him out as the subject of our very first designer's showcase. But when we first saw this new ad starring Victoria Beckham, our first response was: "Eww! She looks like she's at the gynecologist's!"
Why didn't the genius designer want to show his creations? Beats us. We found plenty of choice options from the new collection on pre-order at Saks. The Geo Clover Print mini ($358) and the Mayfair Squares mini ($468) would look great on Posh Spice's frame. For a more covered up look, there's the elegant vintage-inspired scarf stripe dress ($458). And this adorable cardigan ($248) is a must have.
We wish we could have seen VIctoria strut her stuff in these cute clothes. What about you?

3. This was definitely an advertising risk for Marc to take, but I love the shoes! This advertisement adds an extra allure to the brand. www.hautemimi.com

7. Yeah, I agree with Phyllis, I had NO idea those were Victoria Beckham's legs, none the less a womans legs.I honestly didn't focus on the shoes, my eyes went straight to the legs--so hairy and ugly. Definitley not a plus for Marc.
