4. Your mystyle networking has been freezing up w/the Direct TV Satellite that I currently subscribe to. I complained about this to Direct TV, but it took awhile to get them to take care of the issue. We have to pay direct tv for the programming you offer and I've been doing nothing but complaining about their service. I told direct tv that I was going to submit a complaint to your company for the freezing up we've ben getting. They said they contacted you * said that your company took care of the issue, we'll see.
