Which Strapless Bras Provide Enough Support?

What do you wear underneath backless or strapless dresses/tops if you still need support? I don't like the idea of bra straps showing. Any suggestions?

Some advice borne of personal experience: Perspiration can increase the risk of your bra, well, flopping off. Clubs, while fun, can turn into sweatboxes, so proceed with caution. The bras adhere best when applied to very clean, very dry skin.
