What to Wear with Riding Boots?

I just bought a pair of riding boots, 'cause I see they're in fashion now (and comfortable). Besides skinny jeans, what else can I wear them with?

Let me boil it down into the simplest terms possible—two words, in fact: Wrap dress. Wrap dresses love boots, and vicey versey.
The boots add casual sophistication, not to mention an unexpectedly chic element, to a wrap dress.
Sure, pumps look fine with wrap dresses, as do sandals, but that look seems tired compared with boots that stretch at least to the calf. My personal favorite pair of boots this season comes courtesy of Sofft Shoes, which offers a terrific model in black patent with chocolate piping—irresistible, not to mention wearable with just about any casual daytime dress.
Or you can go with the new trend...what is that blasted color called? Piperlime calls it cognac, but really, children, we're talking about tan. Toasty brown. The Internet shopping sites are full of it, and, much like patent black, it’s a very versatile color, especially with, say, a Furstenburg wrap dress. Or an Avenue wrap dress. Or a Mizrahi wrap dress, or...you get the idea.

1. wrap dress? that's it?! How 'bout-- short-shorts (if you have the legs like kate moss to pull 'em off), mini skirts, tunic or babydoll style dresses, sundresses that you've winterized, leggings, tights....just about the only thing that doesn't look great is long dresses and skirts. unless you like that 'prarie' look.

2. I am not sure where to send this to, but I saw a girl today with acne scars on her face, and she was having them taken away. My daughter has worse marks on her face than this lady, and it has caused her so much embarrassment for years, so I can understand this lady's concern. My daughter is a beautiful 46 year old women, raising a 14 years old son, working a full time job, and taking courses for an accounting degree. She has a very full life, and I wanted to know if there was anyway she could be nominated to have a makeover, and have her scars, (very deep scars), removed. She can not afford to have it done. She can not afford to buy nice clothes, and like I said she is so self conscious of those deep grooves on her face. I took her to a derm. when she was in her teens, but this did not help, now she wears her hair down around her face so she thinks people cannot see them. Could someone please tell me what I could do to get her nominated for a free face makeover? She is the best.
