Is Blake Lively dressing under the influence?
When Blake received her invitation to the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund awards, she mistakenly thought it read attire: rodeo wear. Why else would she show up at such a primo style event in a prairie skirt dress, albeit one with a plunging neckline? We think the fashion gods should lasso this gossip cowgirl and banish her to the stables forever—unless, of course, she decides to change into something more befitting her usually flawless self.
