Is Katherine Heigl dressing under the influence?
This plain black suit just doesn't suit pretty Katherine, as it conjures up images of failed job interviews, college catering gigs, and an unsmiling bank manager. Times may be tough, but we can't condone the death of the party dress, especially at the People's Choice Awards! Come on, Kat, what's wrong with slipping into something long and silky?
