Is Paris Hilton dressing under the influence?
Paris is too young for this Grecian formula, which just doesn't look fun to wear. For one thing, its contrived ropes of crimped silk don't add up to an actual dress. The straps of rhinestones across her chest and waist suggest that she is the best-dressed crossing guard in Hollywood. Panels on both sides and down the back beg for tiebacks. Plus, the sash has us wondering what state she is representing at the pageant—the State of Oblivion?

2. I agree with Kellie, I think she looks great! Even if you didn't like the cut of the dress, I think she rocks it and isn't that the most important fashion accessory...Attitude!
