It looks like we have another contender for the modern-day Marilyn Monroe award. At last night's Costume Designers Guild Awards, Jennie Garth oozed retro sex appeal in soft waves and a gilded gown. Not only did she look divine, the 90210 star was on trend—for Fall 2009: Diane von Furstenberg presented a draped lamé dress at Fashion Week just two days earlier.
