The double layers of ruffles bring attention to her fresh, youthful face—and instead of showing her entire leg, Hayden used nude pumps for long-looking stems.

The dress is priced right for a teenager, too. Unlike Hayden's bank-breaking Ferragamo, this fern frock costs a reasonable 130 bucks.
