Recipe: Frozen Fudge Pops

Want to beat the heat? Here's a healthy summer treat from Glucerna that'll leave you cool and satisfied.
Frozen Fudge Pops
Carbs: 16g
8 Servings
1 cup skim milk
1 cup (8 ounces) Glucerna® Chocolate Shake
1-ounce package sugar-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding mix
1-1/2 cups thawed sugar-free whipped topping
2 Glucerna Chocolate Caramel Snack Bars (40 g each), chopped
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
8 paper cups or frozen popsicle containers
Wooden popsicle sticks or plastic spoons
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and Glucerna Shake.
- Add the pudding mix and continue to whisk for 1 minute.
- Fold in the whipped topping, chopped Glucerna bars, and nuts.
- Spoon mixture into molds or paper cups.
- Insert wooden sticks or spoons.
- Freeze about 5 to 6 hours or until firm.
- Unmold and serve.
Serving Size: 1 pop

1. This dessert looks yummy, but the ingredients are wicked. OMG * that last thing our body needs is chemicals and more sugar [and in the case of fat free products, lots of starch]. I would like to tweek this receipe if I can.

2. *** sorry, I meant to comment on the sugar free ingredients, not fat free ones [but you may wanna remember that fat free products are deadly!].

3. This recipe doesn't say how many servings it yields. Therefore, I don't know how large a pop is a 110-calorie pop. How many servings are yielded in this exact recipe?
