Poor Penélope Cruz was so sick with food poisoning she had to miss the Cannes premiere of her upcoming musical Nine. But like a true Hollywood vet, the Spanish beauty mustered up the strength to make an appearance at the Hollywood Domino party she was hosting later that night. To divert attention from any signs of sickness, Penélope showed off an abundance of cleavage in a ridiculously tight satin gown. We think the actress looks best in draped chiffon, like the lilac Marchesa she wore to the Broken Embraces premiere—or a simple silhouette, like the Dolce & Gabbana strapless she chose to promote the film.
