1. Who is Keani to whom the show in dedicated in memorium?
Ron Fri, May 29, 2009, 4:03 PM
2. I am wondering who Keani is, as well.
kathie Hopler Wed, Jun 3, 2009, 10:22 PM
3. I was completely disgusted with this episode of your show. That dish set that youmanipulated that poor woman into selling was in her family for generations. God Knows what value itwould have been appraised at had you taken the time to take it to auction, You should be ashamedthat your lack of concern and knowledge may have let a small fortune go for a meager 300$. When you decide to separate people from their family treasures make sure you do your homework, How do youjustify not checking the value of a set like that?? Take responsibility, Not one of you even considered the possibility of the set's high value!!Sets like that can sell for thousands even tens of thousands. I could see that on tv w/out seeing the mark! Her family's behavior was horrific and not one of you seemed to even notice. They invaded and destroyed her space and her daughter needs to grow up and apologize to her mom and you owe her the real value of that china or the return of her beloved family heirlooms

4. I didn't even think about it, but yeah, the elderly Mom was kindof run over by her daughter. However, she also wasn't good about listening to her daughter. Although it appeared that she did try.I didn't even think about the china. Oof.But I'm primarily here wondering who Keani was, like the first 2 posters.

5. So much anger over an article so freely given up! Dorothy stated her father brought the china from "communist china", so at the earliest it would be post 1949. She didn't say that it had been in her family for generations, and she didn't seem at all concerned about it. Mark did keep most of her antique pieces, even though they were too big for the space. She didn't seem to have much emotional attachment to anything, including her daughter.However--I arrived at this page looking for Keani. Andalso wondering why mystyle.com is such a difficult site to find anything on. I had to do a site search through Google to get here.

6. What is the deal about the dedication? Does anyone address these questions?
doreen Fri, Jun 12, 2009, 10:14 AM
7. ok im trying to find out who keani is. but after reading all the other post i feel like this. Dorthy is one tuff cookie so i dont think the show took advantage of her age by selling her dishes however her daughter did take advantage. at then end they got a really pretty pad and hey Dorothy owns the house so she could just kick aina out lol

8. I am hoping that the production staff went to a site like replacements.com to see the china set's value. If not, we may see the person who bought the china set on Antiques Roadshow where so many have made a bundle by buying things at yard sales.

9. Hey guys, I think this family was great. The mom of the kids was very emotional because doesn't think her and her mo will ever get along.. But Necee helped them get back together..
Cynthai Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 6:29 PM
10. Grandma, should kick the daughter and her children to the curb! What type of example is the children receiving from the Mom? Necee, your psychological confrontation with the family regarding the "hidden" reasons is so helpful...even for just a little while.
Pamela Sat, Jul 11, 2009, 6:42 AM
11. I am also wondering who Keani is, you would think that if they put a tribute on the show they would put it on the web site. I have never come to this site before and it was for the sole purpose of finding out who this person is. Also, I was concerned about the china. I would hope that the show checks these things out.
katie Thu, Oct 1, 2009, 4:08 PM
12. i, too, came here wondering who keani was? it looks like no one from the show checks this site. they should google the show to see what's being said about it. anyway, i don't care for the show. necee is way too loud and obnoxious. i hope it's all an act, but even if it is i can't stand it.
Patrick Sun, Dec 13, 2009, 11:08 PM
13. I agree with Kathie Hopler about the China. That very well could have been worth thousands. Why couldnt they have used the China as part of the decour in the "cleaned" house?
sarah Thu, Dec 24, 2009, 4:09 AM
14. I am certain they don't just get rid of stuff without checking their facts first, don't forget the show is edited, but really can anyone tell us who Keani was?
Phyl Sat, Jan 30, 2010, 1:02 PM
15. WHO IS KEANI???
Debbie Wed, Mar 10, 2010, 7:31 PM
16. Who Keani? The episode was great as all the shows are. I hope that Mom and daughter have come to love each other. I think the daughter was a little hard on Mom, I could tell that she clearly did not understand the problem, not that she did not care. To understand the mom, I think the daughter has to understand her back ground. Can I borrow you guys for weedend? You won't even have to send me away. I will do the work * I just need direction. Love you guys.... Keep cleaning up America...

17. I came to this site to find out who Keani is. But, on a separate note, I was just totally floored when I saw the china set go for only $300!!!!!! Had it been sold at a professional auction house, it would have brought in the entire amount the Cleanhouse crew needed to raise! By the way, WHO IS KEANI?
