But How Did She Look? Rihanna's Space-Edge Style

Every time Rihanna emerges from her hotel room, passersby are treated to their very own couture runway show. Last night was no different. The singer strutted outside New York's Gramercy Park Hotel wearing futuristic flat-top shades (no doubt to shield her eyes from the blinding flashbulbs of the paparazzi), a spacesuit-esque Gareth Pugh jacket and gloves. She wisely kept her bottom half simple with a solid miniskirt and classic Louboutins.
We love the black and white outfit because it's a shining example of how to do edgy without looking eccentric—and it pays homage to the King of Pop's far-out fashions.
