  3. I was just wondering when the episode with heather the environmentalist would be on. My brother and I were in LA for the taping of the show with her on it, and thought we understood it would be on today the 23rd. I understand now that what was meant was that the show would premier today. He and I were both extras in the ccorwd at that taping, adn as all small town boys, we hoped to see ourselves on television, even if fleetingly. I was bragging to all my friends about my time in LA and the fact that we were on that show. I feel foolish now. Please let me know when her episode will air, so I can inform my firneds and coworkers when to watch.

  4. I have mixed opinions about the 'new' "How Do I Look". A few things are better, but more than a few are not better. Finola was more personal, as well as the setting more personal. I liked the interaction of the accomplices on Finola's show * everything being just more personal and fun. I miss Finola and her special and personal interaction with the contestants. On the positive side of the new schematic, I like that the contestant can choose the hairstyle she wants, rather than having to use the one with the collection.

  5. I love the new 'how do i look' my favorite part about it is the long tube that sucks up the cloths. And i also really like how in the end the contestent is in the big cube with the picture of how she looked before. The sad part about it is that the old host of 'how do i look' isnt in the show anymore. I really liked her as a host

  6. I was very disappointed when the show stopped airing, and was so excited at learning that it was coming back. That is, until I heard that it has a different host. I loved Finola and miss her and the way in which she interacted with the fashion victims. Also, the setting, being colorless and harsh looking, is extremely cold and impersonal. Regarding the host, Jeanne definitely is very pleasant and fun, yet she just doesn't give the personal touch that Finola did to the events. For some reason it is also very difficult for me to hear and understand what people are saying and what is going on. There is no smooth continuous flow from one event to the next, instead leaving me with the feeling that I've missed something. The constant fast chatter, along with the speed at which everything is done, is unnerving and difficult to hear or to follow. I do like that people can choose their hairstyle apart from the wardrobe, but miss all the things that were done in the past shows.

  8. There is no way this show will last. The host is unbearably fake and annoying. She is overbearing and interrupts the guests with her squealing and screaming. Girl, get over yourself, take some valium and go sit down!

  9. I have loved the show from the beginning especially when Finola was on there. I know she went to be on GH again but I am vert unhappy with this new girl. She is overdoing it and comes across as very superficial and not a real person. I probally will stop watching it now. It desperately needs a new host. Please take care of that because the show will not make it unless you do. I know of 3 more people who have stopped watching it already. I do love the knew set ec but the show itself lacks the feeling of caring and being real * I know what I say means nothing in the scheme of things but I needed to say it.

  10. I don't know why you all are being such haters... I think Brenda Song- I mean Jeannie Mai is awesome! The new show is young and fresh. Jeanie is fun, entertaining, and has a great sense of style! I found the old show to be quite boring with the old host. Let's be real, the show needed a makeover of its own. The Style Network made a good decision by finding a new host, and re-vamping the show.

  18. Hi, I am trying to find some jewelry (necklace) like the ones Jeannie Mai is wearing in the episode that aired a few days ago, the one with the ex-stripper. Jeannie was wearing a white T-shirt and black pants, the necklaces were, what appeared to be, white beads with some gold thrown in. Can you please tell me where I can find. Thanks!

Sorry but I hate the new host, Jeannie Mai * I was a loyal watcher of How Do I Look for many years, but after the change I tried watching the first episode and turned it off after the first 10 minutes. This weekend, I recorded a new episode and just tried watching it, could not relate to the host at all. She is too young and way to preppy to relate to real women. PLEASE bring Phifola back QUICK. FYI, I have never written about a show before, but I loved the show and now I can not get through one episode!!!

  21. Jeannie Mai had the most beautiful, creative dress on that I have ever seen in my life. It was the black dress with white -gray- black tassels. This was at the end of the episode of "How do I look" episode with a 33 year old mom, Victora, The Over coordinated Disaster Please, please tell me the designer and/or where I could purchase this. It featured a woman called Marleigh who went from long, denim skirt-wearing mouse to blonde bombshell.   24. either the show itself is rigged or they do not do background checks on these people. Rebecca from the episode: The Confused Fashionista, does not dress like that! She was on True Life: I Dont Like My Large Breasts on MTV airing originally on 06/06/09. On How Do I Look she claims she has been dressing like this for so long that she does not know how else to dress! Arg! She does NOT dress like that what so ever in True Life! I LOVE How Do I Look but now that I know Rebecca is a fake, I am wondering who many others are fake! Dont believe me? MTV.com has full episodes of True Life, look it up!

  26. Jeannie is unwatchable, dressed in her bizarre superhero outfits and sounding like a babbling sing-songy first grade teacher. I only see the show now if I'm flipping through channels * and then I pause long enough to realize how much I miss the classy and lovely Finola, and move on. Finola passed on elegance and taste * the bits I've seen with Jeannie (insert squeal! giggle! plastic smile!) seem to all be about finding a woman whose personal style is not conventionally "femme" and trying to turn her into a girly-girl. UGH.

  30. Hey... The 11-16-11 Episode mystyle * "how do i look?"... Must know where the PURPLE DRESS labeled * $24 comes from. Models (5) were brought out * Contestant had to guess prices of outfits presented. PURPLE DRESS was on 4th model... Help?

  31. @rachel dub i totally noticed that id seen rebecca before on a different show and thats why i googled her name. she definitely had great vintage style on her true life episode so her appearing on how do i look? seems so fake! it makes me wonder how many people vamp up the crazy to qualify for the show. rebecca certainly did.

  32. @Rachel and Jen T, I too noticed Rebecca from MTV's True Life. Either the show is rigged, or this girl didn't get enough attention from her first 15 minutes of fame. Just like that girl Sydney who was on True Life: I'm Bisexual and was later on The Bad Girls Club. Do people have anything better to do? I've actually never seen How Do I Look until today lol. Funny.
