1. How can these people with the messiest houses be so ungrateful. Youshould have all packed up and left and let them continue to live in that filth
Amy T Thu, Jul 2, 2009, 8:00 PM
2. We are from Cincinnati and are terribly embarassed and shocked at this mother-daughter duo! I don't know how your staff maintained their professionalism. We love you guys
Pat Thu, Jul 2, 2009, 8:37 PM
3. You can't help someone that won't help themself. This mother and daughter family will not change. I bet this time next year the house will be junked up again. Then what excuse can they use * their 30 year junk has been cleared out. Daughter learns from her mother. They both should have apologized to Niecy for being so rude!
S Davis Thu, Jul 2, 2009, 9:28 PM
4. I, too, am from Cincinnati and am so embarrassed by these 2 clearly undeserving people. I agree that the house will quickly revert to its former state. The only good thing is the money raised for their charity. What really bothers me is that this woman is a detective somewhere in the greater Cincinnati area? Scary. I truly think she has a screw loose. Good work guys. I don't know how you got thru this one.
Cathy V. Thu, Jul 2, 2009, 11:01 PM
5. I am from Southern California and I too was very embarrassed of the Mother and Daughter from Cincinnati. I feel sorry for the people that know the mother and daughter, I would be embarrassed to be seen with those two. I can't believe what a BIG BABY the mother was over some purses, and how she left from the seen over that. And as for the daughter, well she ain't no 'ANGEL". To me they are both very ungrateful to others especially because after all what The Clean House Crew did to there house, not one time did you here an apology. Well you guys just keep up with the good work that you forever do to help others. YOUR FOREVER FAN,CATHY....
Ron Wilcox Thu, Jul 2, 2009, 11:22 PM
6. Disgusted! This what I felt watching the women in Cincinnati. Do those people not realize what it would have cost them to do what your team did. for them. It was a beautiful job and I am sorry that your efforts went to those ungrateful airheads. Just pathetic!Mat...you can come help me clean my house any day.
Deborah J. Fri, Jul 3, 2009, 6:38 AM
7. When I saw the TEARS in Niecy eyes I know the compassion she has in her heart for people see don't know. I have never written about anyone because I myself is messy but not that like that. Niecy have hit something within the detective/mother and daughter which I saw. I know Ms. mother isn't a LISTENER. Yes mother just BUYS THINGS to FEEL important. They both need help from the inside out. Your Team has out done themselves. My Jehovah be with you all *
Deborah Hammond Fri, Jul 3, 2009, 2:28 PM
8. I enjoy watching your show very much. What you do for people to help them recover from the "pack rat" disease is great. I have often wished you could help me. I know how it feels when the clutter gets overwhelming; you want to givie up, turn your back, walk away, and start over.Which is not practical.I grew up keeping things because you or someoneelse might need it some day.Took my stuff into a marriage, then my mother died leaving all her stuff to me.It's been 5 years and I still haven't been able to go through her storage unit. I need to clean out but cannot bring myself to it.I have gradually been weeding out my own stuff after I divorced.I have boxes, plastic bags and plastic tubs everywhere. They are stacked in closets, corners, along walls, outside and in storage a building.I give stuff away, sell some, then keep what doesn't sell for a later sale or someone in need; when I should do as you do; call the Salvo to come get it.But can't, it is like money.(saved or don't have to spend

9. I still can not believe my eyes and ears,... Just watched the messiest house in America...I am so curious did the head strong Mom of the Cincinnati duo or for that matter the daughter ever apologize to the Clean House crew for their rudeness and total ungrateful attitude?...These were quite the twosome,.. I was appalled at their behavior...I would have LOVED seeing your crew pack up and leave...They deserved nothing...need to sit in their filth....which I am sure already has began to surface...The crew simply cleared the path for the next 30yrs. Keep up the good work YOU TRIED!!!... but I wish the show would or could find deserving "pack rats" at least people with hardships in some way..not people like these nit witts...Hard to believe Moma was a detective..I would think it would take a few brains for such a position...Oh well..till next years....
turnip_girl Fri, Jul 3, 2009, 6:54 PM
10. I have watched Clean House for several years but this last show took the cake. The women from Cincinnati just floored me. Never have I seen such a immature, ungratful, selfish pair of women in my life. To think there were others who would have been happy to have this group come and clean up their houses! What made me almost sick was the Mom threatening to b**** slap the daughter. Is this an example of her parentlng skills or detective work? And the daughter has nothing to brag about either. A passive-aggressive child who has little going for her at such a young age. I hope you two are reading this and the posts of others. Of course, I doubt seriously this will make any difference to either one of you. To the folks at Clean House---bravo. You did the impossible and remained dignified. I will keep watching as long as you don't bring these two back.

11. HI,Just wanted to say I love your guys show! You can learn quite a few things from this show, especially Mark's design ideas! haha. I wish you guys could come to my apt and help me sell some of my stuff so I can make our apt look new and comfortable when we have visitors but sadly to say my apt isn't messing enough to be on the show. Now just wondering, was Matt Iseman in the movie Transformers??? Cause I just got down watching it at the theaters and I swear I thought I show him in the movie talking to Josh Duhamel in one of the scenes. If so, that must be so awesome! I wonder how that felt for him. Well, I hope to see you guys find the messiest home in the state of Wisconsin so my friend and I come and meet you guys, cause you guys are AWESOME! And on the side not, for the family in Ohio who become your 3rd Messiest Home in America didn't deserve to be on the show because they were in denial and they didn't appreciate your wonderful hard work. Hope to see more!! Much Luv!
EastSideRules Fri, Jul 3, 2009, 8:57 PM
12. Regarding the Cincinnati show * * * I live in Cincy and I was not at all surprised to find that they come from the west side. On that side of town * people act like that. You can always tell a Westsider and I guarantee you, most people over there are right now mystified that anyone would think those women were rude. When visiting Cincinnati * stick to the East side.

13. I just finished watching
Cassandra Thomas Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 6:51 AM
14. After watching the winners of the 3rd messiest house and the reaction of the Ohio family to the crews' efforts to turn things around, I was "overwhelmed". I was upset by their attitude and unwillingness to dis-card the things that were so "overwhelming" in their life. If they were going to be so put out by the help being given to them, they should have kept the clutter to themselves and continued living in the style ac-cumulated over the past 30 years. Not only is the mother keeping her daughter bound to the idea of hoarding, the daughter is willing to hold up the idea. She proved it when it came to preparing for the yard sale. What was kept after the sale shows that her way was the only way she could be comfortable. The house was made over beautifully, and gave the daughter satisfaction. It was upset by the one thing that mom couln't find during the veiwing of the makeover. If this is the way she acts while on the job (detective), I never want her to investgate any thing for me.
Lady C Bear Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 7:12 AM
15. After watching the 3rd messiest home winners, I don't think I would be too ashamed to have Clean House come to makeover my home. It has been over run by my foolishness, but to see it looking like a comfortable stylish place would be the best blessing I could ever have. Ms. detective may be an ice ----with a foul mouth to go with it, but she is showing her daughter the wrong side of a life that I hope she doesn't incorporate for herself. I hurt for Neicie and the crew having to endure such rudeness, ingrati-tude and foul language. With no apologies for their actions, especially after dealing with rodents, I might have chosen to pull my crew out and give the prize to another family. Good luck and blessings to all of you for what you do for people who appreciate it.
Chrissy Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 7:54 AM
16. First let me say, I am soooo glad Niecy was back for at least these episodes. No one, I mean no one can take her place. Mark, Trish, and Matt are great, but Niecy pulls it together. I too have watched this last episode and I was so disappointed. I could tell by Niecy's face at the reveal that her heart wasn't in it. The house was disgusting and both of the ladies were spoiled and did not deserve anything. I know contracts were sign and legal things happened, but she being in law enforcement (or was she just a security guard?) should have know better. I think you should take this episode off the air, because they don't deserve anyone to have to watch it ever again. I thought, like many others, that something needed to be done to show these women that this type of behavior was unacceptable. I believe in mercy, but they were so rude through the whole show that they need some type of consequence. At least they need to do a public apology.
Bonnie Herd Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 8:21 AM
17. I just watched an episode with Sharon and Bridget. At one point, Sharon said she would ****** slap" Bridget. After the show, that's exactly what I thought needed to be done to both of them. Bridget definitely learned the "walk off behavior and they both disrespected the entire team. None of the Clean House team deserved the way they were treated. I just kept getting more and more upset with Sharon and Bridget. I don't have the kind of house that would even let me close to Clean House, but I would love to have Mark, Matt, Trish and MS. Niecy redo my house. My husband and I are both disabled but our house has never looked like Sharon's in 43 years. I love this Clean House Team and all I can say is, if you ever decide to redo houses for lightly messy houses, remember my name.
Cassandra M. Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 10:48 AM
18. Wow, I'm shocked Niecy didn't walk off and call it quits but unlike these two women she has CLASS. I watch this show all the time and I don't believe I ever saw anyone so disrespectful. Mark, Trish, and Matt and the behind the scene's crew should be patted on the back for the work they do. Keep up the good work. Also I missed seeing Matt in those few episodes glad to see him back. Have a well deserved 4th of July, from just 1 of your favorite fan's.
sylvia rabinowitz Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 10:53 AM
19. Hello to the cast and crew!!I was watching "The Messiest...." last night, and I couldn't believe my eyes or my ears! Those two ungreatful "biatches"!!!!! To boot, the mother is a detective???? Did she not detect that they are both in serious denial? They need serious therapy and possibly medication. This cleanup should have gone to a more deserving family. What a shame!!!!! To think that this is supposed to be Cincinnati's finest, the way she spoke to her daughter and in general, I can only imagine how she speaks to the public at large. You guys are wonderful, keep up the good work! XXXOOO to all.
Barbara Codega Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 11:17 AM
20. PLEASE help me
carol Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 3:30 PM
21. I can't believe how ungreatfull some people are. We watch the show alot. I don't like it when the people gets pick and don't want to give up there junk. I don't own my house but I would be greatful if I got a chance for a beautiful makeover and all new stuff. I love this show and all the people who woks on it You all get up the good work..
susan Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 3:52 PM
22. So ungreatful. I can't believe how rude these two women were. All Neicey wanted to know is what they should do with all the keep items. They could have asked to keep perhaps one bin of things that were precious. At least they weren't going to be stuck like last years' messiest house with a basement full of junk. The show could have done that instead of giving them a fantastic rec room, like last years' winner couldn't get. Last years winner was pretty ungreatful too. Why do these people get involved in the show and then don't go along with the agreement? Don't they realize they are going to have to purge? Haven't they ever watched the show? These houses are only so big. Clean House isn't going to add an addition onto their houses. There were probably so many more deserving people who didn't get the chance.
John Helbling Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 6:33 PM
23. Clean House Gang, I just finished watching the Messiest Clean House in Cincinnati. You all did an absolutely fabulous job for these classless individuals. Despite their juvenile responses, you kept your professionalism and shined [as usual ** Being from Cincinnati, I was embarrassed for these nut-jobs and angry with how they showed disrespect to your and your crew. They made our city look bad. Please note that we in Cincinnati are not all that bad. If any of your are ever in town, please call myself or my wife, Debbie, at 513-616-7211 * my cell phone]. My wife and I are HUGE fans of your show. We'll show you a good time with some Cincinnati Ribs or Grater's ice cream. God Bless you all.
Jean O. Sat, Jul 4, 2009, 7:06 PM
24. What a pair of ingrates! If I were either of them, I'd be mortified if ANYBODY I knew saw this show. Makes me wonder what the mother's co-workers think of her now. Totally wacko and with a mouth like a sailor * * * shame on her! And that daughter's apple doesn't fall far from the tree either. Most of the show she spent acting like a little sweet pea, but her true colors came out after the "YARD" sale took place in the factory furniture store. I thought Niecy handled the whole thing with great class and certainly deserved an apology from both mother and daughter. Again, SHAME ON BOTH OF THEM!!
mary knoy Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 2:00 AM
25. How can anyone be so filthy? do you ever go back and check to see if they really keep the place clean, or are you/crew wasting your time?
doris benitez Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 8:19 AM
26. All I can add to what has already been said is that now the friends, neighbors, coworkers, peers of the mother daughter team in Cincinnati know that they are phoney. Their house was a mess and it probably carries over into other aspects of their lives. The Clean House team showed them off by maintaining proper professional attitude and following thru with their part of the bargain. Kudos to Clean House and too bad Cincinnatti now know what these women are really about. They need a shrink.
joy mitchell Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 5:12 PM
27. Love the show. The way you all handled the Cincinnati mother and daughter was great. You are sooprofessional when I think as the mother put it to daughter ****** slap" both of them. They were feeding off of each other. My question to show is did they find the purses that the mother was looking for?
Kerry Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 7:50 PM
28. I have watched and enjoyed Niecy and company for years. This "Messiest Home 3" family was the worst yet, though. They were worse than the Dragon woman, and I didn't think that was possible. They needed and probably still need some counseling to force them to face their "foolishness". There are reasons for some of these families' problems--foreclosure, death, possible mental illness and senility in the case of the one man's deceased mom. But this mom and daughter just are lazy and the mom is a complete control freak. I know, she's taken a lot of heat on this bulletin board from viewers, and she probably feels really picked on. Good, if she takes a look at her behavior and tries to improve and not fall back into her former habits, then she can be mad at me all she wants. It's easy to criticize, from a viewpoint outside and far away, but as my grandma used to say, sometimes the truth hurts.
Naomi Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 8:17 PM
29. I was disappointed to see the integrity of the show compromised when you elected to move forward with rewarding this mother and daughter by shoveling them out and setting them up with that beautiful spread when they had clearly refused ownership of their issues. They NEVER owned their problem. The family had their reasons for the clutter. They were mistaken and so deeply imbedded in their denial no rehabilitation took place. Neicy knew it. Viewers could see it on her face. The first step to change for anyone is ownership! When it was clear that Sharon was not able to take ownership, Clean House should have left because, in the end, nothing will change for these people as long as they continue to live in denial and with an alarming lack of gratitude.
SD Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 8:35 PM
30. I am just watching the messiest house episode now. I love this show. What an ungrateful pair of witches! I'm sorry, but you should have just brought back the stuff from the warehouse, dropped it inside the front door, and walked away. Rude, rude, rude. Obviously, they were not willing to take any ownership for their problems. But the way they treated all the cast/crew was just not acceptable. I hope they are embarrassed beyond belief with everyone who knows them. (Of course, the mother was so crude before, maybe everyone who knows them would expect this behavior!)
Janice Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 8:59 PM
31. Watching the show with the Cincinnatti mother
Julie Sun, Jul 5, 2009, 9:55 PM
32. Your show is my favorite to watch. I was so disappointed with the Cincinnati detective Sharon and her daughter * They were so ungrateful. I am from Wilmington * Ohio and was so embarrassed to see them behave that way. And for your show to come in and do all that work for them * the way they were acting I would of packed up and left. There are alot of people in this world who would love and appreciate the redo of their home * including me, that you did for them. I actually watch your reruns ,except this show ** I can't bear to watch it again. It makes me feel sad for your cast
tracy Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 6:58 AM
33. Dear Neicy,Welcome back! And a big thank you for Matt's return! The team is back and we are loving it!!! I know that life offers up new and interesting opportunities and that is great, but without you and the team as we know it, it just is not the same!!! In regard to your "Messiest" episodes and the ungrateful folks that were blessed by you and your team coming to their rescue, I say "shame on them"!!! Even the little old lady from Hawaii seemed cold and ungrateful! I thought last years winner had taken the cake, but this year, the "detective" and her daughter from Ohio were even more horrible! At least "Sue's" daughter appeared to be genuinely appreciative! I do hope that you all will somehow reconfigure how the winner is chosen so that some more deserving families can be helped and not these rude, narcissistic people that expect everything is supposed to revolve around them!
Toni02 Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 7:32 AM
34. I was totally disgusted watching the episode with Sharon Baglien and her daughter. I think the cast and crew should have walked off and left them in their pig sty. Those two spoiled, "overwhelemed" women did not deserve the beautiful transformation given to them by the show. They were totally unappreciative and disrespectful. I've got the feeling that mother and daughter both felt entitled rather than grateful. The cast and crew did an amazing job. I would love to know exactly how long it took the crew to unload that mess. Anyone else would have just asked for a match and a can of gas. In the future, let people like those two just wallow in the mess they have created.
Emanon Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 8:11 AM
35. I LOVE this show! I saw it for the 1st time on Friday. Now, I can't stop watching it. To Niecy
Melanie Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 9:47 AM
36. I love the show, but this mother and daughter team in Cin was ridiculous. I think the producers of the show ought to send them the bill for time, effort, rental of a 7000 sq ft warehouse, etc., etc., etc. Maybe then these ungrateful women can see just how much work was done for them. By the way, I would love to see a clean house "reunion" were you see if the team has really done any good and people have kept their houses clean, but I think it might be too depressing because my guess is most of these houses are right back to were they started.
Betty Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 2:10 PM
37. I am such a fan of your show. I can not believe how ungreatful some people can be. I just watched the episode where your crew revisisted a home they did 1Year ago. The comments made by the family and the mess they have started creating again makes me ill. There are so many people that would love to be in their shoes and alot more greatful. Keep up the good work!!
Karen Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 3:53 PM
38. Please, I love the show and watch it a lot......but the word is "ask", not "aks".
ci ci Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 5:02 PM
39. please!!! niecy don't let nobody else do your show. you're best
Pat Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 5:29 PM
40. I have seen most of the shows more than once but I have never been so upset as after watching this latest "Messiest Home" winner. I only hope they will in some way be held accountable for the horrible way they acted and treated Niecy, Trish, Matt and Mark and I'm sure the entire staff and crew. Those "ladies" were unbelievable. As I've read in other comments, I definitely, absolutely want to see a followup with them very, very soon and even what happened when/after the mom came home. They in no way at all deserved what you did for them. I absolutely love your work as a team and certainly adore Niecy!!!! Please keep the team together!! Again, let all of us hear a followup real soon on this situation and these two totally disrespectful ungrateful people.
Emanon Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 6:05 PM
41. I just watched the update on the Loria family (winners of 1st messiest home award). Niecy wasn't hosting. Where is she? This show is not as good without her. She's the Star.
Maryann Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 7:32 PM
42. We agree Show is not worth watching without Niecy. Where is she????? Trish Mark
DivaD Mon, Jul 6, 2009, 8:03 PM
43. I really liked the furniture in the episode titled "Wheeling and Dealing". Whose the manufacturer? Where can I find that furniture? I live in NJ. There was one piece that caught my eye. I think it was the bookcase. Where the digital picture frame was on.
lisa Tue, Jul 7, 2009, 6:57 AM
44. I love "Clean House." I began watching it in May when I was recovering from Achilles tendon surgery. Now that I'm back on my feet, the show has inspired me to get rid of some of the clutter in my home. I now have Miss Niecy as my inspiration to keep cleaning. Any chance the show will come to New Jersey? I would love to attend one of the show's famous yard sales.
Patricia Tue, Jul 7, 2009, 9:26 AM
45. I love the show and am hooked. It has helped me to examine my own behavior and clean out the clutter. I have family members who have a problem in this area and watching your messiest house episode in Cincy made me wonder about hoarding and mental illness. Sue went off the deep end without her junk. I love what you do to help these afflicted individuals but I think maybe a mental health expert might be in order to guide and support the hoarders through this process. Maybe when you send the families off to relax they can meet with someone who is an expert in the field of hoarding and obsessive compulsive disorders. They are apparently related and sometimes treated with medication. I don't think taking the junk out of their lives fixes the mental issues which may be physical (brain chemistry) as well as psycological. Maybe a two fold approach would be more effective. I've got a closet that needs cleaning out so I will close now. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Patricia

46. WEAR IS NIECY AT * AND THRISH? ALSO MATT? I DON'T LIKE THE SHOW WITH ALL THE CHANGESIT IS NOT THE SAME.BRING THEM BACK
Louise Wed, Jul 8, 2009, 7:51 AM
47. Hi clean house team,All the way fom South Africa. I simply LOOOOVE your show. I watch it again and again and again. Do you think maybe I'm not well, should my brain have a clean house make over from all the clutter? You are all so cute and lovable and much too talented to be doing ghastly manual stuff. Trish you are a hunny bunny, pretty and cute and clever too, Mark wow what a talented guy, brilliant! And sexy Matt, velly velly nice too, scumptious. Naicy you're a great gall, you're all so funny and witty. We have so many replays that I just watch them over and over for a "feel good" feeling. Please try and sell DSTV SA some new shows. I'm sure you are all actors, you're much too cute.Very nice work. God blesss, good on you all!Louise
Tonja Wed, Jul 8, 2009, 3:43 PM
48. July 8, 2009 show. Wow! you did a great job with the couple who's wife collected a lot of stuff and was expecting a baby. Great, great job. now I'm watching the episode with the Detective. Eeeek!I can't even imagine what you will do but I'll keep watching. Great fun. Keep up the good TV!

49. Has the frigid viking ***** said anything yet, like I am sorry?
CincyTeacher Wed, Jul 8, 2009, 5:53 PM
50. My apologies to everyone in the cast and crew for the horrible behavior of those two crazy women! I hope I never see one of them shopping!!! I don't live too far from them and I can testify that MOST West Siders are VERY nice people (even though the East Sider above doesn't think so...). I took great interest in all that went on while all of you were in town, unfortunately I couldn't stand in line long enough to get into the sale. They sure did not deserve all the beautiful things you did for them. Please don't hold their behavior against all the rest of us in Cincinnati!
