Is Lady Victoria Hervey dressing under the influence?
Apparently, even a titled Brit can't resist a two-for-one sale. Why else would Lady Victoria wear a travesty of an outfit nearly identical to one she shamelessly showcased on the red carpet just two months ago? Sure, she styled it differently this time, with a chunky chain around her neck—so very hip-hop for Diddy's White Party! But her belly button and bony chest are still exposed, and once again, she can wipe the floors as she makes the rounds.
