Nothing about Lilliana Vazquez reads cheap. The Philadelphia-based blogger and NBC-10 reporter always looks chic, and her blond locks are just as shiny, if not shinier, than Kim Kardashian's new mane. But for Lilliana, the thrill of fashion is the art of mixing her occasional splurges with affordable finds from clearance racks, TJ Maxx, Zara and her mecca, Forever 21.

"For me, it started as a simple way to put down my thoughts on fashion and chronicle my budget finds," Lilliana says of her blog, The Cheap Chica's Guide to Style, which celebrates its one-year anniversary on Sept. 21. "It was a way to show people that you don't have to spend a fortune to look fabulous!"

In addition to providing frugal fashion finds, the self-described "feminine, yet modern and eclectic" blogger is a pro at showing how to get celeb looks for less. "I love Rachel Bilson, Leighton Meester, Anne Hathaway and Lauren Conrad," she gushes. "And I know L.C. isn't a 'celebrity,' but the girl has great style and I would trade closets with her any day!" Lauren Conrad's sunny spring outfit was, in fact, Lilliana's favorite Look for Less feature this year. "Yellow is one of my favorite colors," she says. "Yet for some reason people are really scared to wear it. When I saw this picture, I thought what a great way to show my readers that they have nothing to be afraid of when it comes to incorporating this vibrant hue into their wardrobes!"

What's the best style tip you ever received?
Embrace your proportions and learn what looks good on you! I'm a total fashion junkie so I always want to try out the latest trends, but many of those trends should be left on the runway. Only wear what makes you look and feel your best!

Are there any celeb looks you recommend NOT to get for less?
Celebrity hairstyles! If you're looking to replicate a cut or color go to an expert and, more importantly, someone you trust. Hair takes a long time to grow back, and you can do some serious damage if you go the budget route on this one!

Where are your favorite places to look for deals?
Tulle for great skirts and separates. ASOS for everything under the sun. It's by far the best British import since the Beatles! And my ultimate cheap chic shopping secret is a wholesale website from Hong Kong called Causeway Mall. I find a friend that's my size (they require you to buy at least two of everything) and we order tons of jackets, shirts and dresses. They have the best selection of clothes, and everything costs less than $15! And since the store is in Hong Kong, no one here has any of the clothes and everything feels unique and one of a kind.
