5. There is one thing I really am disappointed about with these makeovers you guys do. Must you always take off people's glasses? I don't think it promotes a good image for stylish glasses-wearers. I'm sure you'd say something like, "oh, without glasses their eyes are shown better", or, "glasses just aren't in style". But the fact is, you DO NOT have to take off people's glasses in order for them to look "made-over!!!!" I wear glasses, and MY style is definitely not in need of a makeover. Also, sometimes the makeovers make the person not look ANYTHING like what their job is (like the one who works for community service in africa) and it seems like you take away an aspect of their personality when you change their style. I'm just saying. Especially the glasses thing.

6. I think that Kristy has had only one problem with her appearance all along and that is her mother. From her pictures of her as a child star, Kristy is absolutely stunning. I think her mother is extremely jealous of her and Kristy has done everything to avoid this for years by dressing the way she previously did. This was confirmed by her mother suddenly not appearing at the end of the show. There was no statement from her and no mention of her other than there was some bad news that Jeannie needed to give to Kristy which was that her mother would not be there for the reveal. I think that Kristy is gorgeous and she will just fine if decides to stay from her mother who has serious issues with judgment, criticism and control of Kristy because of her envy of such a beautiful daughter and a lack of love for herself. My hope is that Kristy will acknowledge this to herself and rise in her confidence, beauty and power!
