SKN Beverly Hills boasts a long list of celebrity fans. We tried the collection of cleansers, which includes the Pore Vacuum ($24), Milk ($22) and Pure Oxygen Crystal ($26), to see if the line would make our skin camera-ready.
Pros: The Milk Cleanser didn't leave my skin thirsty for lotion after I showered!
Cons: The soap is a bit watery, so it doesn't lather the best.
—Sophia W., Development
Pros: I normally use a daily cleanser and a facial scrub in the mornings, but the Pore Vacuum Wash saved me time by doing both jobs. My pores have also gotten smaller.
Cons: It felt a little prickly on my face. I have sensitive skin, so I could feel my face starting to get really hot/slightly allergic afterward. Luckily, I didn't have it on very long (15 seconds is the suggested time).
—Lottie T., International Program Planning
Pros: The Pure Oxygen Crystal Cleanser is very hydrating. My complexion looked radiant and the texture of my skin felt much smoother.
Cons: The cleanser did nothing for my breakouts. It also felt diluted and therefore, was easy to go through in a very short period of time. Plus, it clogged my pores.
—Nicole C., Editorial
Bottom Line: Although moisturizing, the dermatologist-developed skincare line surprisingly doesn't work well on senstive skin.
