Jennifer Hudson Is a Versace Princess

Last night, Donatella Versace squeezed into a dress from her spring collection to host the annual Whitney Gala in New York City. Of course, the 54-year-old designer outfitted all the pretty young things in attendance. Let us rephrase, outfitted all the young in attendance. Lindsay Lohan's overly plump lips and Taylor Momsen's metallic raccoon eyes took all the pretty out of PYT.
Thankfully, Jennifer Hudson made up for every trainwreck in the room. The singer avoided looking too saccharine sweet in her pale pink Versace gown by combining a smoldering eye with a glossy neutral lip and soft, sexy waves. The matching silver and pink clutch and her new-mommy glow were the icing on the strawberry frosted cake.
