Meditate for Better Sleep

Meditation is an important part of many spiritual traditions, but you don't have to practice a particular religion to reap the benefits. A simple breathing meditation is enough to help you let go of the day's worries so you can sink into a sound slumber. Before bed tonight, try the following:
1. Sit somewhere comfortable and close your eyes.
2. Inhale slowly through your nose.
3. Notice whatever comes floating through your mind, then let it go.
4. Exhale through your mouth.
5. Repeat, counting each time you exhale, until you get to 10.
6. Start again and continue the meditation for 10 minutes.

Have a relaxing night!
