Meet the Newest Plastics: Twilight Barbie Dolls

There are plenty of Hollywood Barbies: Heidi Klum, Goldie Hawn, Barbara Streisand and Style's own glam goddess Kimora Lee Simmons. And we could picture each woman playing with dolls at some point in her life. But Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson? Yeah, not so much. Kristen probably would chop off the doll's hair into some hideous Joan Jett 'do, while Pattz would prefer to seduce women by showing up on the covers of magazines.
But…
Yesterday, just in time for the upcoming blockbuster The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Mattel joined the escalating vampire craze with Edward and Bella Barbies.
Wide-eyed Bella makes a beautiful Barbie, but Edward is a bit scary with his glistening pale plastic skin. Still, we'd much prefer to play with him as a doll than actually wear the sexy vampire under our dress.

1. the bella barbie is nice, but if i had seen the edward one as a little girl i probably would have thought it was totally scary.
