Asian Vegetable Medley

Style Shows

Each week on Pantry Raid, Chef Michael Schulson works with novice cooks to prepare an extraordinary meal—using only the ingredients they already have on hand! Read on for the elegant recipes he created with How Do I Look? host Finola Hughes this week.

Asian Vegetable Medley
1/2 pound sugar snap peas, cleaned and bias-cut
1/4 cup spicy peppers, diced
1/2 cup diced plum
2 tablespoons ginger
2 tablespoons oil
Salt
Pepper

Sauté the peppers and ginger in hot oil. Add the snap peas and cook until tender. Mix in plums last for perfect texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Round out your meal with the other dishes featured in this episode: Chicken in Chinese Plum Sauce, Hot and Sour Soup and Flaked Sole Fried Rice. Yum!

    1. Where's the receipes for the Mexican Fiesta? I liked the idea of rinsing the vegies to wash off preservatives.
