Jeff is a man on the move who loves to cook as well as do thousands of other things. His high-energy approach to life doesn't begin and end in the kitchen: He scales volcanoes and practices taekwondo! Jeff almost killed a date with some hidden shrimp (she was allergic), but never fear he's a fast learner and aims to please!

15. I'm trying to recreate Jeff's sweet potatoes but there's no measurements for anything ** I guess today i'll try to season to taste all the sugar but exact measurements would help. I love the show but are the recipes always so loose? Also, is there a video archive to access in case the actual show goes into more detail? Lost and looking for help--Sharon
