Katy Perry Channels Inner Geisha at the VMAs

Katy Perry is always true to her own style, and last night's Video Music Awards in L.A. was no expectation. The "Firework" singer donned a geisha-inspired Atelier Versace dress. The baby blue mini was embroidered to the max with cherry blossoms and crystals.

No stranger to wearing props on the red carpet, she matched her frock with a paper umbrella. But this wasn't her only look of the night; she wore an even crazier ensemble on stage. (Come back later to see that!)
However, we were taken aback by the babe's freshly (once again) dyed hair! Just this summer, she has gone from sporting red, blond and hot pink locks. We almost can't keep track! Although we weren't in love with her bubblegum-hued tresses, we actually dig her softer, mauve mane. It totally screams Katy's name!
