Is Lady Victoria Hervey dressing under the influence?
Toilet papering isn't just for houses any more. It seems this is a prank that can be pulled on naked celebrities as they doze on the tanning bed. Poor Lady ("I'm no lady!") Victoria Hervey is probably still looking for the rascals who did this. Our money is on the Jonas Brothers during a sleepover with Zac and Vanessa.
