I almost pre-ordered Nine West's strappy shoe-boot in September. But being a good recessionista, I decided to wait until it went on sale. This weekend, prices were slashed and I was prepared to finally purchase my bootie—then I saw it on my foot. It looked like someone had taken a hatchet and chopped five inches off my leg.
