Rihanna is back! After seeing the singer at Glamour magazine's Women of the Year Awards last night, we're certain that she's ready to reclaim her throne as the fiercest dressed in the fashion game. Ri-Ri glammed it up big-time in a dramatic ivory Stéphane Rolland couture gown that looked like a piece of art. Even her blond pompadour looked quite elegant!
The gorgeous star, who frequently rocks runway looks on the sidewalk, easily pulled off the dress's elaborate origami pleating. But she wasn't just honored for her stunningly bold style; she was also recognized for bravely speaking out against domestic violence.
"This year, we saw a different face of Rihanna," said supermodel Iman as she presented the 21-year-old with her award. "She's an indelible image of worldly pain and now, more than ever, I am more impressed with her honesty and courage." We are, too!

She speaks! Good Morning America aired part of Rihanna's sit-down with Diane Sawyer today. The full interview will be shown on 20/20 tomorrow night. The clip marked the first time the public had heard the singer address what happened on that ill-fated night that left her badly beaten by ex Chris Brown.
Unlike the silly bow tie that Chris wore on Larry King Live to not tell his side of the story, Ri-Ri looked beautiful and poised in a dress that let the world know that she was doing fine. The frock's bold shoulders suggested that she was a stronger woman as a result of the ordeal, while the white hue conveyed a sense of clarity and a new beginning.

Ever since that ill-fated night when she was attacked by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, Rihanna seems to be tapping into her dark side with her look. She's gotten a gun tattoo, rocked vamp lipstick and disturbingly steps out without a bra on—in fact, the only thing that isn't dark about her appearance is her frosted hair.
The most recent instance of Ri-Ri acting out through fashion (or lack thereof)? The cover of her new single, "Russian Roulette," which hit the airwaves today. It shows the Good Girl Gone Bad topless and covered in barbed wire. Our nipples hurt just looking at it!
Something tells us the star will be flirting with nudity for a while. Her fourth studio album, out Nov. 23, is called Rated R, after all.
