After years of worrying about tan lines, we finally traded in our triangle tops for bandeau bikinis this summer. But summer is over. For most of us, that is. Apparently, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Taylor Momsen still think it's OK to wear a strapless band across their chest—off the beach, no less! The Gossip Girl star's metallic ensemble doesn't bother us too much. It's basically a take on spring's popular slashed trend. But we're not fans of exposing a midriff with a suit.
