To celebrate their diverse backgrounds (she's an Irish Roman Catholic from Ohio; he's an Indian American from Maryland), Brooke Fischer and Neil Aggarwal decided to bring 35 of their nearest and dearest to the island of Little Cayman in the Cayman Islands for a double interfaith ceremony. With the help of The Knot's Carley Roney, the couple set about creating their dream wedding: two gowns, two very different heritages, two distinct ceremonies (a Hindu one at the Southern Cross Club Resort and a Catholic one on a deserted island)—all infused with lots of love, of course.
