That's the problem facing the couples in the Style Network's two new Fat Free Fiancés specials. Tune in to find out if these lovebirds can tone up while planning their nuptials—or if they'll be walking down the aisle with a little extra baggage.

Amber Sledd & Benny Hidalgo
Amber (age 24; 195 pounds) and Benny (age 31; 210 pounds) are from Ontario, California. They met at work four years ago and have been inseparable ever since. In 2007, Benny finally proposed. Now they're finally ready to settle down and get married—but before they do, they want to lose the 30 pounds of extra weight they've each put on, so they can look and feel their best in time for the big day. The weight-loss team (Cindy Whitmarsh & Tarik Tyler) will use the couple's competitive nature to help motivate them to shape up. With the stress of keeping the wedding on budget, following a strict diet plan and daily workouts (plus a bachelor weekend in Vegas for Benny), it's not going to be easy. One slip-up in their fitness plan could cost them their dream-wedding prize!

 

Courtney Isbell & Rick Fowler
Courtney (age 22; 260 pounds) and Rick (age 28; 250 pounds) are from Long Beach, California. They never thought they'd find true love when they met on an online dating site, but that's exactly what happened. Now it's four years after their first date, and these two are ready to tie the knot. While dating and living together, they have managed to gain a combined 200 pounds—and Courtney's health is suffering because of it. The couple began making wedding plans more than two years ago but had to postpone when Courtney suffered a collapsed lung due to her weight. She has since recovered but knows that if she doesn't make changes now, her long and healthy life with Rick will be cut short. To add to the stress, Courtney has already bought her wedding gown...one size too small. Now she hates the way she looks in it. If she doesn't lose the weight, so won't look or feel like the beautiful bride she wants to be. With the help of the weight-loss team, Courtney and Rick are motivated to get in shape—but they will learn the hard way that not following Tarik and Cindy's plan could cost them their dream-wedding prize?
